30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions to NominationPro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using your email address.
2. Request a refund directly through the Paddle portal, or contact Paddle support.
3. Alternatively, email us at support@nomination.pro and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

After the 30-Day Period

After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time from your billing portal and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Cases involving service outages, billing errors, or duplicate charges are handled outside this window — contact Paddle or us and we'll make it right.
